Monthly Renewals and Cancellation

NoLogVPN subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can request cancellation from the dashboard and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless the subscription is canceled immediately as part of account deletion.

Refund Handling

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, NoLogVPN does not provide prorated refunds for voluntary mid-cycle cancellations, voluntary mid-cycle downgrades, or unused remaining time in an already-started billing period.

Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply under mandatory law, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from contract conclusion. If the user requested immediate activation of the VPN service, any refund may be reduced proportionally to reflect service already delivered before withdrawal.

Fair Use and Withdrawal Rights

The initial traffic window, daily throttling, and reduced-speed states described in the Fair Use & Network Protection Policy are service characteristics, not a replacement for mandatory consumer rights. Any applicable refund is still assessed under the legal withdrawal and proportional-service rules.

Plan Changes

Upgrades may be billed immediately on a prorated basis. Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal date instead of applying immediately, so a separate mid-cycle downgrade refund is not normally created.

Goodwill and Error Cases

Duplicate charges, technical billing mistakes, or clear service-side charging errors may be reviewed individually. Contact support with the account email and a short description of the billing issue.
