Practical questions
Why do I need NoLogVPN?
You need NoLogVPN if you want private WireGuard VPN access, built-in DNS protection, and per-device control from one dashboard. It helps on public Wi-Fi, reduces exposure to ads, trackers, malware, and dangerous domains, and keeps the no-log policy clear. It does not promise absolute anonymity, but it gives you a more controlled and private connection for daily use.
Do I need a NoLogVPN app?
No. You use the official WireGuard apps and import the config created in your dashboard.
What does no-log mean here?
NoLogVPN does not store traffic logs, browsing activity logs, or DNS query logs on our VPN servers.
Why do some websites show another language?
Some websites choose language from the VPN node country. You can change the website language or use a more suitable node when one is available.
Can I recover a lost config?
No. For safety, configs and QR codes are shown only when created. If one is lost, revoke the device and create a new one.
