Law Enforcement Request Policy

This policy explains how NoLogVPN handles official requests and how the no-log promise limits the data available about VPN activity.

Where to Send Requests

Official requests should be sent to the service provider at [email protected]. NoLogVPN may request additional verification before responding.

What a Request Should Include

the requesting authority's identity and official contact details
the legal basis, case number, and official signature or confirmation
the exact identifiers requested, such as account email address or payment reference
a clear and limited description of the data requested
the response deadline and secure return channel

Main Limit: No VPN Activity Logs

We do not collect, store, or monitor VPN activity logs. This means we do not store browsing history, DNS queries, destination IP addresses, traffic contents, VPN session activity, or records linking a user account to websites or services accessed through the VPN.

Limited Data That May Exist

limited account data, such as email address, account status, and account creation time
subscription status and payment or processor references
support messages submitted by the user
active device records needed to operate WireGuard, such as device name, public key, and assigned internal VPN IP
security or account events needed to operate the service

This data is not VPN activity data and may be disclosed only if it is available and validly required by law.

Response Principles

NoLogVPN verifies requests, seeks to narrow them to the data strictly required, does not create new logs to answer retroactively, and notifies the user when legally permitted.
