Why this policy exists
NoLogVPN runs on real infrastructure with real traffic cost and needs to prevent bulk downloading, aggressive torrenting, automation, or other usage that would degrade the service for other customers. For that reason, the service may apply fair-use limits and network-protection controls.
Minimal accounting records
To enforce this policy, NoLogVPN retains only minimal current-cycle and current-day bandwidth/accounting totals needed for fair-use enforcement, network protection, and reduced-speed decisions. This is not browsing history, DNS query logging, or destination history.
How the initial window works
The full monthly cap is not available in one front-loaded bucket on day one. During the first 14 days, a separate initial traffic window applies: Basic can use up to 30 GB and Pro up to 50 GB. That initial full-speed allowance accrues progressively each day, and any unused amount carries forward. If the currently accrued balance is exhausted before day 14 ends, the connection may stay in reduced-speed mode until more allowance accrues, the plan moves beyond that window, or manual review changes the device state. After day 15, the remainder of the monthly plan cap becomes available at normal speed. After the full monthly cap is reached, the connection may remain in reduced-speed mode until the next cycle reset or manual review changes the device state.
Basic Plan
Pro Plan
Accrual and throttling
During the first 14 days, the service adds more full-speed allowance progressively, and unused allowance carries forward. If the currently available balance is exhausted, the service may reduce speed until more allowance accrues or the initial window ends. After the full monthly cap is consumed, reduced speed remains in place until the next cycle or manual review.
Abuse, bulk traffic, and further action
Excessive traffic, bulk downloading, automation, abusive account sharing, or other activity that threatens network stability may lead to additional throttling, temporary device holds, or account suspension under the Acceptable Use Policy.
Relationship to refunds
This policy describes service characteristics and network controls. It does not replace mandatory consumer rights. Any applicable withdrawal or refund is handled under the Refund Policy and may be adjusted proportionally for service already supplied after immediate activation was requested.
